Everyone is very nice and friendly! I always know what's happening and what will happen in the future! Staff is wonderful! (:

They are gentle and careful and they treat you like family!
At first i was really nervouse getting my applience, but they talked me through it and i wasn't as nervouse.
Everyone their is extremely kind, and they help trying something new be fun and exciting and not as scary!
