Whenever questions came up we were answered promptly and thoroughly. On occasion we even made use of the game room when we've had to bring a younger brother and his friend to an appointment. Dr. Parker always takes the time to meet with you to outline the plan and answer any questions. Each visit the staff comes out to talk with you, go over what was done and review any instructions. My son got his braces off today and he can't stop smiling, his teeth look amazing! We couldn't be happier!
